I wasn't aware that it would work within a folder. I keep it on my USB drive in the root and my ROMs in a folder. I did notice after having launched several ROMs, I had one ROM lock up the emulated GBA on me and when trying to load another ROM, the whole emulator BSOD. Bigger issue for me is the palette issues. I'll have to take some pictures next time I run it, some games are unplayable (for example: in Pac-Man Collection, Pac-Attack has a horrible green-corrupted palette, Pacmania is better but still corrupted, Pac-Man and Pac-Man Arrangement play fine).
