Hi, new here; if this is in the wrong forum, I apologize, please move it!
Hi. I'm going to buy a Gameshark today, and use it to swap in a cd-r of my choosing. I'm familiar with most memory card exploits and how to do them, but I was wondering if it was possible to install a program from the memcard that would automatically override the boot sector of the PS2, so I could load a swap program to swap in a burned copy of HDLoader or burned PS2 DVD game without first starting up with a PS1 game?
Many thanks
In an unrelated note, I have a crossover ethernet cable and a network adaptor equipped with a hard drive. Is it possible to link the hard drive to my computer through the network adaptor (using the 2-way crossover cable), and either put programs on it, or have the PS2 boot from it?
