PGEN Feature request load ROMS from NFS

Anyone feel like writing an NFS client for PGEN?

HDLoader should also have NFS client.

Its kinda doubtful either of those programs will ever be updated, maily for 'political' reasons, to put it politely.

It can already load ROMS from the local PS2 HDD. We should, in fact, be requesting other emu authors to have this feature!

libHDD is very well documented.

libNFSclient is what we need.
