A pal ONLY televisison, of a dual system one, I had one when I was in Germany, those wont count. If you can use ntsc games on a pal television, then I guess it works, but I still dont get it. I mod ps2's, and I know exactly how the forced output should go (it's not wired to the chip, it's a jumper on the mobo) and it won't fix the framerate, just the color. I can't see how any modchip can make your tv take the wrong framerate. Yours should roll forwards, i guess, you have a 50hz tv, and ours are 60hz.
