well `im not interested in developing at all , the only reason i want to try out pukklink is because if I understand correctly you can capture videos on the pc of the ps2 running using in-link.

But I don`t even know if you can run games after loading pukklink on the ps2, can you?

How does pukklink actually work does it create a file on the memory card and you can connect to the ps2 anytime? or you can only connect to it when you boot the pukklink cd? if so can you boot games after booting the pukklink cd and still be able to coonect to the ps2?

basically I want to capture videos of ps2 games running, can you do this with pukklink and in-link?

I don't think you can. As far as I know it is for executing files on the PS2 from your PC. I've also heard rumor of it transferring save files but who knows, I haven't tried it myself yet.

pukklink is "just" a loader, made for us dev'ers so we can execute our code on the ps2. now there is a program that does transfer save files over naplink or pukklink.
which you ofcourse execute using one of these loaders.

Pukklink / inlink / pksh are homebrew intended software. They are not meant to be used for any warez0ring purpose.

Plus the inlink version which will allow you to grab snapshots & videos has not been rlzed yet.

There is nothing specific about this tool to have ps2 video on your pc anyways. If u have a pctv board and connect ur ps2 output to it then u'll have the opportunity to grab screnshots even without these toolz.
