No picture nor sound...

I know this has been discussed a lot already.
I read all posts...
Here's the problem:
I installed ICE 91f2 instead of my previous Magic 3. Swapped pins A and Z, used Messiah W. When i tried to boot, I just got black screen with no sound. Tried on 2 TVs with 2 different cables. I returned my Magic 3 - same thing.
I backed out the install completely. Still no luck. I cleaned all solder points with alcohol and touched them with soldering iron, just to make sure there is contact. I checked everything with 8x magnifying glass and with multimeter. Everything appears to be OK. Also the fuses.
The leds are normal, the disk is spinning, and (knowing the sound) booting. But the screen remains black with no sound.
Is there any anything more that I can check, that could be fried or something?
