New releases of cb2util (compiling code saves etc.)

In the last 3 days I've released 3 new versions of cb2util thanks to the motivating forces of community.

The major new feature is the ability to compile code saves (*.cbc files) for CodeBreaker v7 and v8+. (Note that you need a hacked CB with the "RSA fix" in order to use those files.)
