    i have asked this question before to Mavy, one of the creators of ps2reality's media player. He said that he made a simple program to do it a while back BUT he said it was slow.

    I'm sure with alot of optimization and work, the whole process could be sped up. But right now I do not think there is any program availible.

    But i do think it would be useful in many ways.
