not sure if this is included in the guide, but it is always a good habit to use CDmage to correct the ECC errors made by cdgenps2. (bc some cd burners do not automatically correct errors..therefore making a bad burn)

to do this, just get CDmage and open up your CUE file that is created after you set up everything and make a BIN in cdgenps2. Then go to Action -> scan for corruption

It will find 16 errors. Go to Action-> fix errors (press ok at the dialog)

then once its done, go to Action-> Rebuild Sector Fields.

After all this, you are ready to burn.

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK IF NERO IS SET TO BURN YOUR CD ON MODE2/XA. (using cdgenps2 will probably do it for you)

    also not mentioned:
make sure you have at least 20 roms on the disc
dont have anything other than a dualshock 2 controller or ps2 memcard plugged in, (ie dvd remote adapter, ps1 controller)

that happens when you do not have enough ROMS. Like Bgnome said above, you need to have 20...BUT i recommend about 25 just to be sure. I think that is about as much as I have.

  10. #10 the prob?

well the problem was that the sm 2.0 cd disc is kinda tricky sometimes and wont load. the snes emulator is cool and the mame one is even better, although i cant get THE MAIN EVENT rom to work. it's on the working roms list but it wont load. i also used cd mage to fix the cue files before burning them i think that did it. thanks again.
