a MSN or IRC client for the Ps2 would be handy.. especically in times such as reinstalling the OS and not being able to use the pc.. or in my case not too long ago.. my PSU shorted out.. so i had no pc to use msn & irc, surely it cant be TOO hard to port irssi to the ps2.

even just having an IRC client for the ps2 would be good, then i would just connect to my Bitlbee server and use msn through irc

for msn on ps2 all u have to do is be able to get online and have a ps2 web browser like me and then use a web based msn or yahoo

where is this ps2 web browser? i tried that demo web browser ages ago.. i couldnt get it working for ethernet connection, also i doubt it would support PHP or javascript (which is what most web based msn uses)

Yeh well i dont have a modchip to use ps2 linux, sure i know where i can get a hold of it.. but have no way to run it.
