Why mIRC? Are you one of those people who think that IRC equals mIRC and vice versa? There is an IRC client for PSP so it could be possible for PS2 also.
I have used mIRC, but is IRC and mIRC really different?
Yes. IRC is a protocol. mIRC is a particular client program that uses the IRC protocol to communicate with IRC networks. Numerous other such clients exist, and if you're a decent typist it's even possible to talk to an IRC server with just a telnet client and rudimentary knowledge of the IRC protocol.Quote:

So is there a client that is really easy to port and make it work 100% like the PSP version? But it would require a usb keyboard and mouse.
It would not require a usb keyboard and mouse.
You could easily use the arrow keys on the controller.
And miss out on high-speed exchanges.
kind of off-topic, but can anybody recommend me a ps2 homebrew game that is no more than 2mb and really fun (and has save features or record save feature and multiplayer functions)? Currently, I only have Geotron.
A packed InfoNES.elf emulator weighs in at appx 200KB, and since it can also use ZIP-packed ROMs the games don't take much room either. For example:Quote:

Those are three classic RPGs with savegame features, and all in less than 1MB, including the emulator. The only problem is that you have to find the game ROMs elsewhere, as they are classified as 'warez'.
Of course, you really asked for homebrew games, but most of those lack save features, as far as I know.

I have SNES-Station, and was wondering if I can boot my Super Mario Allstarz.zip Rom off my MC? Or does it have to be on a disc?
