I have ulaunchelf set to autoboot on my modded system.

Its pretty hard to manage my saves when they all look like "SLUS (random numbers)"

Is there any homebrew app I can use to make it easier to copy saves from card to card and to/from the harddrive?

you can use uLaunchELF itself. Look at the help on it, there is a key (I can't recall, but I think it's L2 or R2) that switches between the directory name (you are already seeing) or the save name (that have a nice naming).

Just press L1 in uL and there you can change to show save names instead of folders.
