I dont use my PS2 much when Im out and about... mostly because I have a modded XBox and being it has a hard drive I mostly use it for movies and the like. (XBMC rocks

) But There are days Id rather take my PS2 but I still want the option to watch some of my Videos that day. I have DVDRWs so thats not big deal of putting them on there, but is there an app for PS2 that will read most codecs and will allow me to play them off disc? It really needs to be able to play nearly anything.. because all the movies I watch (mostly fansubbed anime, it comes in DivX, XviD, "MKV" and "OGM") are in so many formats I dont want to be out of luck when I want to watch one.

Im doing a quick search of the forum and page.. but so far have found nothing.

At present there are no PS2 programs available that can play OGM or MKV containers. And I'm not aware of anyone working on such support either.
