Mcboot on ps2 slim 77004 not work

Good morning !

I try to fix my ps2 77004 modded lens but Unfortunately I cut the ribbon that control the lens !!

I order new one but it take 1 month to arrive !!

anyway
I borrow my friend PS2 slim 70012 it's modded too , to install free mcboot on my memory card !!

I try many ver. of it but it's working with my ps2 , when I insert Mem. Card nothing happen !

but it's 100 % work on his ps2 ( that I were install from )

what is the problems !!

and how I can fix it !!!

Which version of FMCB are you using? FMCB versions prior to v1.8C are region-locked.

If you installed FMCB v1.8C, your installation must be a multi-install.

I installed FMCB ver 1.8 from Noobie Package !!
I were download it from freemcboot website l

I Installed it using multi-install option !!

Please make a multi-installation of FMCB v1.8C instead. FMCB v1.8b is region-locked.
