once you find a way let me know man.. Peaple here on the scene are trying to find a way to boot loaders with the new slim line PStwo... But as of yet I dont beleave it can be done...
well i run lunchelf from the infinitymanager, it has mass: suport But i dont know if an exploit can trigger an *.elf file.
well I'm using the new LaunchElf 3.4b and the file browser feature detects my mini ipod as a mass device and i can launch anything from my there. (both read and write) you should try launch elf.
That's because O2loader will only run on PS2 systems which are fitted with an 02 chip. If you don't have an 02 chip, O2loader will refuse to run on your system.Originally Posted by grillo2k5

Cool...But does the ipod need to be formlatted FAT/FAT32?Originally Posted by John R

And about trasnfering the files from pc to ipod , do you need a special app like ephpod or whatever?
Thanks for your answers , my pendrive isnt compatible so that might do the trick...
my ipod mini shows up on the pc as a mass drive, so I just click and drag files into it, and then plug into the ps2. Should be all you need to do as well.
Well when I connect my girlfriend's ipod it doesnt show up as a mass device :-(
She uses it on pc and I have winXP though..
Maybe because its been configured to be used with itunes...
Well I dont want to mess with it anyway...
Thanks.
thanks John R
it works BTW I have a 8 mb Compact flash card with a usb adaptor
