Oh, so much questions :D yes you are fully right & i was trying to port another emulator but BUT it is very hard cause i have to fully rewrite "video driver" but im not so familiar with PS2 and MegaDrive to make it in real life. The situation is complicated by the fact that sJeep (original creator) don't just take Generator and port it into PS2 hardware. No! He was trying to rewrite sound part and finally take Megadrive side sound from Gens but PS2 side sound driver was written from scratch.
As for video - there was a lot more action. Video driver and renderer (Genesis side) was taken from Generator, DGen and Gens (!)
So yes my dream is to rewrite pGen on another base. My preferences on the Genesis Plus GX on WII as much more accurate. As for Picodrive - yep it is very fast (maybe the fastest cause source code partially is written on assembler) but latests sources are unavailable and it is not as accurate as i want.
As for SDL :) :) there is no way to use any sdl, opengl directx or smth like this. In InfoGB they are using scaling.
Image scaling - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia This thing i can try to port (it is not so difficult) into project.
Oh guys i know about this in game bugs and i know why they appear - they appear because there is incorrect sprite ordering.
As about SneStation - i was trying to compile it but nothing... And emulator author still is unaccessible.
