SP193 There is only 2 functions that appears in source: CDVD_init and CDVD_stop. If I comment out CDVD_stop nothing changed (pgen still freezes).

I see that LIBCDVD uses the fileIO interface. Maybe you can avoid the freezing issue by checking for the presence of a valid disc first, before allowing access to any of the LIBCDVD functions.

It will mean that you have to poll sceCdGetDiskType() for any of the valid disc types (PS1CD, PS1CDDA, PS2CD, PS2CDDA, PS2DVD, CDDA or DVDVIDEO). Do not access the CD/DVD drive if none of those types of discs are inserted.

I have a problem with PGEN, i load with Ulaunch 4.42a, it loads but the screen appears for 1second and disappears. I can't see nothing and i don't know why this is happening :(

either you saved with wrong vidio settings or you are hooked up using component noticed that when I used it but I have composite and it works fine that way :)

I don't save anything because i can't see nothing xD i use the cable that came with the ps2 i don't know the name but is the red, yellow and white.

can you share your settings of pgen? (pgen folder on MC)

I would just delete the save folder off of PS2MC and start again
you probably have wrong settings this has PAL and NTSC and VGA 6480x480 so what is your TV PAL or NTSC?

Here is a PAL video mode save just use uLE and past it to root of MC:) of course decompress it first ;)

jonikpo this happened to me once, but it was when I was adjusting the screen pgen, this was not the last version pgen was in prior to this, I hope this version of RandQalan, solve your problem, a hug.:)

I paste your settings and nothing changed, happens the same thing :(

i don't have any problems with other homebrew is just the pgen and i don't know why :/

My tv i think is NTSC but i'm not sure.... i have a ps2 fat scph-50004 PAL (i bought it on spain but now i live on argentina)

will your ps2 run other home brew ok
It could be your TV is NTSC and your PS2 is PAL causing the problem but should not
