Can someone provide a tutorial on the easiest way to get this elf onto a memory card? i have a ***4 chip in it so it has Dev mode. Is there a way to just burn a cd with it instead of FTP or USB. I am a complete noob when it comes to the homebrew stuff. thanks.

This program does NOT work from memory card NOR from CD.
It only works when launched indirectly from a PC, using PS2Link/NapLink on your PS2 (launched either from MC or CD). If you don't have a setup that allows this, then you can't use 'Lense changer'.

No offense intended, but this is not really a program for noobs. There's too much risk of messing up your PS2 completely if you don't know what you're doing, and know it well.
