Launch ELF files without PS2 side boot loader

Is that possible? My ps2 has no chip, and the reader is broken (can't read any disk). Is there any PC program (PC side client) that allows you to run the PS2 side boot loader or any ELF file hosted on the memory card or the hard disk, using the network adapter?
Nowadays a PC can control lot of things, can't it
force the PS2 to do things such run ELF files (without the cooperation of the PS2 loader)?
"Impossible is nothing"
since you dont have modchip and and the leser is broken (can NOT read any thing ) i think there is no way ..
but if you got a modchip you can avoid the leser ..
(I am just looking for alternatives to replace the lens or install a chip with dev mode
i think if you get a modchip with dev. that will be better ..
there are many good mochips around here like :
1-Crystal (which is the best modchip in my opinion )
2-DMS (the only modchio can use with Toxicos which is more compatible with hdloader )
3-Matrix Infinity ..

Yes yes, I already know I can:
1- Install a working lens
2- Install a chip with dev mod
But that's not I am looking for..., thank you anyway.
I want to now if a PC side client could be programmed with a function that forces ps2 to run an elf.

Sorry, but in that case you're out of luck.
What you ask for is simply not possible.

So bye bye to the one which could have been the easiest (in case of exist) and cheapest solution on broken lens...
Thank you very much, dlanor.
