Key Launcher Problems.
Whenever I launch keylauncher, the menu comes up, but all of the options say that I haven't assigned a program to the button!
I have boot.elf, kl.dat, and arial.fnt in my system directory.
my kl.dat is
[]=mc0:/BADATA-SYSTEM/CSL.ELF;CogSwapLoader
/\=mc0:/BADATA-SYSTEM/PS2LINK.ELF;PS2Link
O=mc0:/BADATA-SYSTEM/PS2MNU-K.ELF;PS2Menu-K
X=mc0:/BADATA-SYSTEM/HDLOADER.ELF;HDLoader
R1=mc0:/FAPLINK/FAP_SRV.ELF;FAPLink
R2=mc0:/PS2REALITY/PS2REALITY.ELF;PS2Reality Media Player

help?

Oh, nevermind. I had kl.dat in my MC root, I guess it looks for it in the system directory.

hm, I have the problem that it doesn't boot from Memory Card if I rename it to boot.elf and install it with my explorer. It copies it to mc0:\boot\boot.elf but after booting with /\ it doesn't show up. If I execute it via PS2MENU it runs, but i cannot run PS2MENU from it.
What do you mean by putting the kl.dat into system directory? I have one in \boot and one in \BEDATA-SYSTEM but doesn't boot anyway.
-
maybe it's because it should read mc0:/boot/boot.elf

I used an install file from PS2menu boot cd and customized it and it works with this syntax. But KeyLauncher doesn't.

try using BADATA or BIDATA instead of BEDATA
