if u heard about android cotton candy DailyTech - Tiny Android "Cotton Candy" USB Stick Will be Priced at Under $200

a usb device with all the hardware inside to run android on multiple devices from pc,tv's,etc
maybe an adapter for my old 2.5g (3g) 8gb ipod touch too?

but what i was wondering wasx 2 things and i know that the device hasn't reached the market yet!
would it be possible even tho the ps2 has usb 1.1 still run this with a custom app for the ps2?
and the other is a complete flip:

what if the ps2 hardware could be synced to the device then put our ps2 games on the microsd card then shot the video feed right back to the ps2?

so ps2---->to android cotton candy---then some software runs to have real hardware from the ps2------------then we use the microsd card with a cdvd emu on the android C.C.------------then the video feeds back to the ps2 or just hook up the hdmi cable to the tv

what do u think will it work?

if not, having android run on the ps2 would increase the homebrew scene.

I checked out the link....... All I can say is WTF. Is anyone really gonna spend almost 200 on this. Does any one even have a real use for it other than being able to say they have the latest gadget? It's basically a stripped down android phone. Why not just buy an android phone if that's what you want?

no no that's not the point about this device, it adds more features to any usb slot
so like android-x86 for my netbook , i can run 3.0.2 honeycomb (really nice looking for my 10 screen) but this device can run on your pc in a seperate window without needing to touch the pc's ram or cpu,or graphics card cuss it has all that contained in the usbstick itself but the nice part is u can take this usb drive with u anywhere and plug it into any computer.

but the reason i post this is that the device has 1gb ram dual-core processor and i thought it said a gpu too

so if it ran in a ps2 think of running n64 or psone or snes , or the other emulaters and games android offers but on a ps2

the device is also has bluetooth and wifi built in

so another example is using a cfw/hen psp with remotejoy light on a pc

ok, I see what you're saying now. I'm not sure how it would work to set up, but it could be worth looking in to

i just saw a video of cotton candy just pluged into the hdmi port and then powered by usb
HDMI Dongle demo in hotel room - YouTube

and i was just thinking this could really be done on almost any hacked videogame device:
    ps2
    ps3
    wii
psp 1000/2000/3000/n1000/e1000 if some coded allowed it
    xbox
    xbox 360
    ipod touch's
android phones that could not be updated anymore
    old cellphones with hacks
and i could go on and on
