Installing applications on Memory Card

Hello, I was wondering if its possible for me to install MyPS2 on my memory card? I have a v12 Slimline PS2, modded. I've been out of the scene for a while, and far as I can recall is that it wasn't possible because I tried the independence exploit. So is it possible? Please, reply soon as possible.

u can put uLaunchElf as the exploit, and then tarnsfer the files from CD to your memroy card i think.
