I see that there have been acouple of tools to convert homebrew elfs onto a CDDA format so that no mod/softmod consoles can read them. Has there been any attempt to use DVD video format to do the same? It seems like it would be a good thing because of the ability to add menus to the disk, but can't seem to find anything about adding data to this format. Is it too much of an undertaking, or has it just not been tried?
