Help figuring out how to get this menu

Hi was interested if you can help me figure out how to get his menu or what homebrew is this. Sorry for my n00bnes

what he means is that is a skin for uLE.
do you have a soft modded MC? or a chip? if not you will need to get FMCB installed to your MC then you can add the skin to uLE and use that as your interface to the world of PS2... lol

Yes I have all, only I am not yet on all with the terms. So I need to look for skinning instructions. Probably I need some icon program. Did some one pre-made some skins or I need to make my own?

I will look more online and here to figure out, but if you have input its highly appreciated.

yes there ae a few skins already made... check out the uLE thread . there is a thread on skinning........with downloads if i remember...
