having trouble with codebreaker 9.3 and hdloader

well i got it loading but it freezes when i try to start game with cheats on (worked with the first 3 cheats but i'm guessing on the 4th is what triggered the freeze), it also freezes at another point when I only got it working by swapping with a ps2 disc. is the cb buggy or something?

so my files go like this on the usb drive:
mass/boot/cb_launch (what is this for exactly and is this needed?)
mass/boot/boot.elf (hdl)
mass/boot/patched elf

when i run cb_launch it just goes to hdl. don't know if that matters really.

any help would be great.

I don't know how anything works your setup to be honest. if you got all the letter case wrong on the MC like you did that post, in theory, nothing should work.

give massive detail on your setup. (system model number - SCPH-##### - how are you booting codebreaker? fmcb modchip dev mode, independence exploit? what version codebreaker and what patch? there is no way on god's green earth that I can make any diagnosis from the severe lack of detail on what you are running, and how you are running it. please fill us in.

i guess i was being too lazy.

my ps2 model is v9? (fat model). I'm still using the psx cd exploit with ulaunch 4.3 and hdl 0.8c

i was reading the other topic about the codebreaker so i renamed the hdl.elf to CB_launch.elf, along with the PATCHED_CB9.3.ELF, and moved it all in the _boot folder.

I start patched.elf and chose 5 cheats for Onimusha Blade Warriors. The cheats i suspect to be causing the freezing is the Unlock all items and Unlock all weapons cheat, since i had no problem with the other cheats: unlock all characters and unlock all stage. I'm sure until someone else experiences this as well.

forget my topic, it WAS that game cheat. I tried another game and the cb works flawlessly. Shame I wasted so much time figuring out something that was already buggy.
