    Is it possible to 'exit' out of execftp to something like ulaunchelf? Or do I have to constantly reboot?

    Why don't you just use ftp server in uLaunchELF

    I had most success with MyPS2's Samba client, no dropped connections, copied 40GB of Div-X movies in one go at most.
