Emulators on CD?

How would I be able to run the emulators from a cd? Im a complete noob. Thanks for the help.

Make a file in notepad and name it SYSTEM.CNF

type this in the file and replace "name" with your elf file name.

VER = 1.04
VMODE = PAL/NTSC

burn a disc with the emulator elf file and the system.cnf.
add some roms. read the readmefile for the emulator to know were to put the roms on the disc and what kind of setting you need to have in your burning software.
done!
this methode works fine if you are one of thoes unlucky fue that cant aford a memcard
