Weirdly enough, I think I do understand exactly what he means...

He's simply not satisfied with the sound emulation in those emulators.

Many emulators for PS2 use fairly similar code for sample playing, and that code needs improvement badly, as it leads to rather irregular timing, making the sound (as he put it) 'jerky'.

I'm not at all satisfied with the sound of the emulators I've worked on myself, but I haven't gotten around to digging into those parts of the code yet. (As I don't really have time for it.)

It's just a jerk who thinks he's o so cool and don't know how hard it is to code a emulator. See, he only had one post. He registered only so he "could be cool" (Can't we just delete such members?:P)

No, we should not delete members, and we should not stigmatize them on bad english, h(is|er) english might improve, and if s/he is as anoyed as he writes; s/he might actually be able to improve the shit.

About the deletion, it was just a joke. About "I don't take that guy seriously" is serious. If he could improve the shit, why didn't he say so?

I know not everone speaks/writes english good. I too make mistakes often, so I don't judge people on that field
