Hi guys any give my some help on using the dms_explorer as I can get it to start with the installing then get browser showing up but when I try to use the browser in DEV mode get nothing ie will not boot up and just goes back to PS2 boot screen and if I look at my memory card says there is 3 corupt data files in there is this normal or do I have a problem any help pls

the corr. files on your memory card is the dms explorer

This is the intended behaviour of the dev. mode. You need the dms explorer to be able to store applications like the ps2reality mediaplayer on the memory card. The browser entry you see in the screen is the original playstation browser, which is entered when you put no disk in your ps2. The currupt data files are actualy the dms explorer storage space, i think they are working on adding an DMS icon or something. For more info, check their forums @ www.dms3.com

Hi mate not to sure what u mean by this can u explain it a little more as can install the eplorer to my memory card no problems but it is when I try to go into DEV mode that I cant get any where
pls help if u can

You've installed the dms explorer correctly. You can view the dms explorer as an interface to other applications, by itself, it does nothing. And at the moment, it seems you haven't installed any other applications, so the only thing you can run is 'browser' which is the original ps2 browser.
If you've installed ps2reality mediaplayer, for example, you'll see an entry for mediaplayer below browser, which you can then select to run.
