    Hello @ all !

    First I would like to excuse my poor english...

    I'm from Germany and I'm part of a PS2 Forum like this (www.ps2tools.de) and some time ago I released a "hack" for Matrix Infinity, so you could use DEV2 (before Firmware 1.50)...

    Now it should be important for those who have a Clone of the MI...

    This Hack is easy to use, you only decide whether you want to boot DEV2 or DEV1+2...

    I've included a short README.TXT in the ISOs... Please read it first...

    The "Hacks" installs the DMS-HDD-EXPLORER instead of Infinity-Manager or to mc0:/boot/boot.elf

    Hope you have fun with this Pack...

    You can;t. You must open up your ps2 to confirm. There's a risky procedure you can do i.e by flashing it to the latest firmware or try to change the setting. If you got clone the chip will stop working.

    Are these iso's install the hack to the chip or the cd is needed to be booted everytime for dev 1 or dev 2?

    You have to Install the "Hack" on MC...

    The Link is fixed...

    Please try someone with Ripper2 the DEV2 Hack... I'd like to know, whether it works or not...
