Yeah, but this computer was reformatted not 3 days ago, restoring it to what it came with, and I refuse to let microsoft mess with it, no updates of any kind have been installed, but xport has, and runs fine, I now know that this build of XP is called 2600 Home, "whistler" something or other, but I have never encountered anything like what you have in any xlink installation on any system.
Your error reports an error with AUTOEXEC.NT, this HIDDEN file (tools/folder options/view/SHOW hidden folders/ to view those) is a boot command file for windows of some kind, find AUTOEXEC.NT and open it with notepad, copy that and post it, nothing secure about it, and I'll compare it to mine, which I have once, I think it's blank unless you use msconfig, but that might be boot.ini, I'll edit that sucker so it'll work, If I can, and I proboably can, I've done my xp homework. It's possible that you've somehow got a dos installation, mistakenly, or a related conflict of some kind, I'll be looking for referances to MSDOS.EXE in AUTOEXEC.NT, there should NOT be any, there is no dos in xp, a dosboot discette has MSDOS.EXE on it, and it boots that, but XP dos'nt have it.
A toxic agent on a dangerous mission so secret, even I don't know what it is, because if I did, I would have to kill myself. I don't even know who's side I am on.
