Convert PAL ROMs to NTSC? (SNES)

Is there any utility or way to force PAL SNES ROMs to run in NTSC mode?

I am US-based and my TV only does NTSC of course (many TVs sold in Europe do both, wtf). When I load a PAL SNES ROM in SNES-Station, it only plays sound of course and an incorrectly aligned/malfunctioning picture because of the difference in refresh rate, etc.

I checked through the settings and it seems there's no way to force PAL games to NTSC using the emulator, and although my modchip patches PAL games on the fly to run in NTSC, it does not patch up ahead where SNES-Station turns PAL back on (if it were being patched to NTSC on-the-fly). I am using version 0.2.4 HDD2. Works great but I would like to Europe-only SNES games too.

Same question for any other ROM types (Genesis, Master System, etc).

You try change SNES-Station settings (/\ button)

to
Display Mode : NTSC
