Not to make too much mention of my senseless and stupid earlier blunder, this time I would like to open the board to anyone who would like to assist in the development of a Hard Drive compliant version of everyone's favourite (and only) PS2 avi player.
Now, I'll be up front with you: my knowledge in the ways of Playstation 2 coding is extremely limited...but I will be an active member of this project in any way I can....anything from coding (though my abilities are, again, extremely limited) to information gathering to keeping everyone involved with the project up to date on the latest developments.
I know this proposal sounds a touch shabby, but it is my personal belief this project will ultimately succeed. Why? Because (#1) I happen to know for a fact there are countless others (many with coding talent, I'm sure) who have wanted to see HDD features implemented into PS2Reality Mediaplayer and (#2) because of this common desire, I think we'll all be able to ban together to create a great and awesome player...one that may even surpass any current expectations from the original creators themselves.
Lastly, it's worth noting that while this project is my proposal, this is in no way, shape, or form my project. This is something for the whole (ps2-scene) community to share, and be proud of! No one person's name is going to be stamped on the front of this thing, and I'll do my absolute best to ensure that that does not happen!
Who wants to join me on a journey to create something amazing?
