Apache and uLaunchELF issues

So, I have decided to softmod my black PS2 slim and I made it up to the modification of the uLaunchElf on Apache v1 part. Though every time I try to modify the size of the uncompressed BOOT ELF, Apache crashes.

I am using MSG3: Snake Eater for the game. I used ImgBurn to burn/replicate the game ISO. Any help is appreciated!

All I had to do was lower the burn speed to 4. Now when I swap the discs it gives me a black and pink screen saying, "Please insert ps2 compatable disc." or something like that.

Went and bought 007 AUF and going to see if I have any luck with that.

It worked with 007 AUF. It was super easy too!
