@barf

I can run the neogeo in cd mode, but not the MAME, anyone can hel me whith the mame
Download PS2Link (v1.46 from ps2dev.org I think) and put this elf on your memory card. You must have the network adapter for this method. From your PC, make a directory for the mame elf (find the 12MB one). I went ahead and compressed the elf to less than 3MB to save transfer time (ps2packer). Make a roms directory. You can store the zipped roms here. I typically unzip mine into directories named like the zip file to save loading time. Then in your directory with the PS2MAME.ELF you have to create a gamelist.txt file. I use cygwin's "vi" command to do this because Windows/DOS adds CR/LF instead of just LF. I've found alot of text configs in PS2 were made in Linux and therefore do not work well with Windows text editors. This affects MYPS2 configs too. The gamelist.txt file contains in CAPS the list of games in the roms directory.
After running ps2link on the ps2, run this on the PC from the directory at the command prompt:
ps2client -h ps2 execee host: ps2mame.elf
Remove the space between the colon and the ps2mame.elf (showed up as smiley before). Note that you have to have ps2client and dll installed in the path or that directory.
You can reset ps2link from the PC with
ps2client -h ps2 reset
