any ps2 scene working on a ps2 media center ?

i know for sure xbox got a bunch of different app to run media on it or stream over to play but come on people this really be something good for ps2 console being able to stream media to ps2 and play it on the Television or copy it over to the hd and load it and play it would be good too all i seen recently is mostly
for the ps2 hd transfer backup iso and mc stuff when is it going to get to the ps2 media player or something that would give more fun to it not just games

The PS2Media center was started by a bunch who thought a straight-up port of the XBox Media Center would work on PS2, but they found out the hard way that it isn't possible. There is no Media Center coming for PS2.
