Again: PS2 Mediaplayer 1.50 + DVD-R

Dunno what went wrong the first time... but just did another DVD in Nero (only DivX)
and is works just fine under the PS2 media player...
browsing and playing....

och well.... I'll just carry on with the usual method...

if you say that the mediaplayer shows film names in the browser but won't start playing them,then i guess it's your dvd that's faulty. I have burned at least 5 dvd-s 6-7 divx on each one and they all play even better than from a cd-r. Only one platinum dvd+r didn't start to play movies, but showed the film list in the browser.
Also i use nero to create my dvd-s. and they work fine. MODE1 drag&drop...all the avi-s & subtitles...burn..finalize after burn...and works fine. I have a v5 ps2 with messiah1.
Burning speed is as high as possible 2x or 4x.
Best dvd-r brands are traxdata,acme,verbatim (every copy of these dvd-rs has worked flawlessly but i have had problems with platinum, universal,ridata).
