    hello

My reading on these forums took me to this site: http://ps2dev.livemedia.com.au/

They have a guide on getting started using naplink, i just downloaded all the tools needed .

My problem is when i get to the Step 3 - Patch ISO File,
addZer0 does not respond when I click on the addzero icon it pops up a window and it closes it really fast. So i cannot order it to create a dummy file.

Then I clicked on the naplink.iso, an AddZer0 windows pops up, and I typed the a command to patch the iso file. But nothing happens, the file does not change name, and plus i cannot burn it with CDRwin.

    what can I do?

BTW if it is of some importance, i am using Windows Xp

Any help will be greatly appreciated

AddZero is a DOS App I think. Someone created a Win9X front-end for it, but it still runs in a DOS window. You could try running it in DOS by opening a MS-DOS prompt and manually typing the command line. Sorry, never had to patch anything since I use CloneCD--you may want to nab the trial version and give it a shot.

If it ain't broke don't try to fix it! But, hell if you can tweak that bastard just a little bit more....hehehe.
