So people have found out how to ban other consoles and unban yourself, why isnt this on the front page yet? I thought I saw it here yesterday...

It was on the front page yesterday for a few hours. Apparently the admin decided to take it down.

Because in order to unban yourself, you have to ban someone that doesn't deserve it. I think all of you should just buck up and buy another console if you want to play online.

Do you mean PSIDPatch or same via Charles? saw this over at ps3hax Im surprised too that there is not much feed back yet, maybe peeps are waiting for the guinea pigs to go first!

Damn wrong then i agree. I have hope another method will be found. I'm still not banned though, maybe only a matter of day's, im still enjoying PSN, 2nd PS3? Nah, i wont through my money at sony anymore!!

I already did. Though, as soon as the ban's start happening, you should be able to pickup a ps3 on the cheap (banned of course) from Craigslist, eBay, or your local want ads.

well if true it's not nice...but can you imagine all the totally undeserved

hassle s**y would get from the legit users! they would have to stop banning.. Which means I doubt it is true I'm sure there are other ways for them to diffirentiate!!

Nope, I just looked up the process. It entails changing your console/hardware ID to someone else's and then go on your marry way playing on PSN. TOS comes down, bans the user, then you change it again to someone elses. You just keep on doing this. So, you effectively ban every single person you spoof as. There's more to it then just that, but you get the jist.
