    If you install it on linux it will come with a couple of files that make it pretty easy - CA.sh and CA.pl

    Can't remember which of thos is 'best', but either way, run
    CA.sh -newca
    to get a CA set up. It will walk you through the options and create a democa directory with stuff in it, there will be a CA cert in there.
