What shoud i do?

With my previous console on 3.55kmeaw, i got the email from sony which says that i must eliminate all my modified software and stuff, and after that i unplugged the ethernet cable. That ps3 got Ylod and now i've got a slim, on 3.55kmeaw but i don't know what to do. I don't understand if sony bans you by console adress or just by psn account(so you can create a new one and go online again with the same system, but i don't think so). Should i re-log with my old data,play online and eventyally get banned so i can recreate a new account a play again with the possibility of being banned, or should I just create a new one and take the risk?

By having CFW you are already at risk in online, there is no known way of how sony detects consoles, the can ban your psn id or console id, if you don't want to take any risks just update to the lastest firmware

F**KPSN allows you to hide your console ID.
This means that your PSN account will be banned,
but not the PS3.
But it could be they already have your console ID,
since they sent you a message your on their list.
so they could ban both.
