No. They can not tell if you have pirated music. But you could be banned from here for posting WAREZ. Just giving you the heads up, not saying you did

I live in Canada. As of now downloading music off p2p is legal (Conservatives are trying to change that

) If you live in a country that does not considered downloading digital media for personal use a crime. Does no talking about WAREZ rule still apply ?
In Canada we pay a tax on recordable media that is used to compensate the owners of the Copyrighted material.

The NO WAREZ means no warez. If you want to admit you are a pirate, or that what you are doing is legal, either way it does not matter. Once you start sharing WAREZ, and WAREZ sites, it becomes a problem.

I guess having individual rules for different country's would be a horrible idea. I think i know my own answer anyways, now that i give it thought. This site is American, so we all should follow American laws.
