    There is always a risk, might be tonight after the PSN outage we are all banned, or it might be next month, or year from now like in the 360 scene.

    That the risk you take in doing anything, it is your choice, there is no such thing as 100% NO RISK, that is impossible, even in REAL LIFE, you can be 100% safe, you could slip in the bathtub, or get hit in the head by a falling brick, that's life it is a risk, you never know.
