Not saying I'm banned but....

I've been online using spoofed this week on Black Ops and accepted the update yesterday. Online again last night with no probs but just tried to log in now and it says system update is needed?

Anyone else getting this?

REMAIN CALM! it's not a ban, I'm assuming it's just Sony updating their servers to defeat the spoof, don't update, just hold off on everything for now. I had a few people say they got error code '80028E06' which is the code when their servers are down. could be a 'silent' update which would be used to defeat our spoof.

Yeah, I can see it's not a ban but the PSN update yesterday seems to have gotten over the spoofing and can now detect I'm not on 3.50.

Roll on the next spoofing hex's.

Can you elaborate? Do you mean that my 2008 Elite wouldn't be able to update/play the newer games, or that those modded would be unable? because I could see a large backlash against M$ for making consoles unable to play newer titles, and would see a revenue drop, becasue people like myself who can afford one or two games a month, can in no way afford a new console all together just to play newer games. I think they'd take a lot of flak from that. If that is indeed what that point was trying to convey.

A modded and flagged console could be unable to update and thus unable to connect to XBL or run games which require the new kernel.
