psn error code 80710A06

I keep getting this error is psn down or something ?
I googled it & it turned out to be a network error or a maintenance error code

i was signed in , all was fine then an error occured & i was signed off . since then i can't sign in .
any help will be appreciated

Either something on your computer changed or you did something to your ps3.
