PSN Account Banned, any bypass?

well its kinda late for me now to go to the "my shit got stolen" routine. I got reply back from Sony on which they kinda fed me bullshit with "Yeah your account got banned for the same reason your console got banned, but we were too busy being butthurt so we told you your account wasnt banned and now decided to ban it anyway."

Replied to them calling on their bullshit also mentioned about stealing my money and me going to report this to the consumerbond. After that they became quiet.

Yes it might be hopless with their ToS and bullshit, but I dont fall under the jurisdiction of SCEA and I'm not gonna bend over and let them take me like a bitch. I wonder why no one ever bothered to to fight this? Everyone talks about that SCE is having customer unfriendly attitude, taking stuff away from us bullying us around with their ToS and License Agreements.

If you have ****ing balls and you dont agree with something ****ing fight! If Sony says their PS3 is a computer but only whenever they feel like it and it becoming suddenly a console to justify their ban. FIGHT!

May i ask what you've used to get banned ? I know my banhammer is sure to come soon enough, but i was curious if you used VMWare+Ubuntu+Charles or any prog that got released after that like f***psn?

Sorry to hear about that tho, i'm level 14 on PSN, i do like trophies and even spent some money on PStore, i'll prolly be pissed to start over, but i'm kinda ready to get hit.

Rage, sorry to break it for you mate, but that is the system and you really have two options, either change it or deal with it. "Fighting" the system in the way you propose can have no result, simply because Sony, along with the rest mega-corporations, are themselves the system. Laws mean nothing, as they are the ones who write them, and decide if they want to follow them or not. And they dont give a dime if the pay the humble fines they do pay from time to time, their profit is much greater anyway.
Dont get me wrong, I agree with you, it is just that you cant expect to fix a rotten system, you can just change it...
