Is a permabanned console able to sign in a non banned psn account?

Ok so i have 2 nonbanned psn accounts. I am running a 3.55 cfw and using ****psn to get on psn. I have not logged on since the bans have started, so my console hasnt been banned. I know that if your console gets banned, you wont be able to make new accounts on your network, and you can't log in to the account you got banned on. So lets say i went on right now and i got banned. Would i still be able to log into and play on my nonbanned psn account on a band console?

use your common sense and log onto playstation.com,if you can't log in,then your banned,if you can,then your acccount isn't banned
as far as i know,sony only bans consoles not accounts

If you get banned it's by console ID so once you're banned that console can never log into psn again on ANY account.
Sony doesn't ban your account, if you went and bought a new ps3 you could connect to your old account with that
So no, once a particular ps3 is banned it's banned on any account period.
Also, if you use a CFW ps3 without any type of protection on the same network as an OFW ps3 there have been reports of BOTH of them being banned.

ok im on cfw 3.55 i got the warning mail. i cut the internet connetction from my ps3 how can i find out is my ps3 banned or not without upgrading to 3.56 ofw
