Mw2 bypass help

ok i just did the bypass an d im on patch 1.11 yea yea yea.... before the patch im 1000000% percent sure i had a patch, WHERE THE HELL DID IT GO?!?!? i didnt delete or anything but i cant use menu or anything it doesnt even show up, whats wrong?

1.10+ requires 3.60+, your previous patch was probably 1.09- and that is probably why it worked

...... im not sure what that means :\ can you make it more newbie at bypassing and patches type explanation?
