Has Your PS3 Been Banned from the PSN?

Is the following email the same email that others got or is there another email that people are getting and then get banned?

Qriocity(TM) and its Community Code of Conduct provisions.
In addition, copying or playing pirated software is
a violation of International Copyright Laws.
A circumvention device and/or unauthorized or pirated
software currently resides on your PlayStation(R)3 system.
Immediately cease use and remove all circumvention devices
and delete all unauthorized or pirated software from your
PlayStation(R)3 system. Failure to do so will result in
termination of your access to the PlayStation(R)Network
and access to Qriocity(TM) services through your
PlayStation(R)3 system.

Please, i need your advice! As i told sony banned my 2 PS3 one with CFW and one with OFW, i used the same account on both and i went online also with the modded console, If i buy another ps3 is it safe to go online with the same account or i have to create a new one?

Did u try to make a new account on the OFW machine to see if it may just be account ban?

i dont know if its banned, and im not risking going in psn or even internet now so i think i wont know...

There are multiple reasons $ony could ban you for. Just go to the $ony official website and in support look up the reasons for bans. It could be they just banned you for being an a$$ on PSN lol.

Did u try to make a new account on the OFW machine to see if it may just be account ban?

On my console i have 3 accounts, USA, EUR and JAP and i can't access on the PSN with those accounts, i tried to create a new one but i get the PSN error, so i can't create a new account on the banned console! I think it's a console ban because i can access on my account via WEB, but my fear is if i buy a new ps3 and i try to sign in with my account, the new ps3 will get banned also!
Sorry for my bad english, i'm italian!
