no one has been banned from PSN YET
it is just a threat to hackers ..
the ban will never happen anytime soon (1 month +) <-- if it ever started !!

yeh, i haven't received an email . all i did though was go to the psn store and download my games while i was on cfw. i didn't go online with any games.
I don't know and don't wanna bother logging into psn to find out. Same as with my 360 since the last ban wave I stopping using Live.
Well for me, i didn't receive any EMAILS from SONY just this morning.. then back read all the information about this banning..
I use my PSP (running CFW) to log-on to PSN using the same email account on my PS3. And then suddenly a mail pop up on my gmail account and it is the SONY's email about using hacks on PS3.
So this means this is not just for PS3 or maybe this is just an automated email sender when you log-on to PSN.
